CLASS DESCRIPTION:
This Youth Camp is for ages 10-14
Dates 7/25-7/29 Times: 9:ooam -12:00pm Cost $260 plus $40 lab fee. Registration for this camp is currently full.
This camp explores the world of art tech through various means of creation. Campers will learn visual art concepts and use technology to create their own art pieces. This camp includes use of watercolor, direct to grarment printing, CNC plotter/cutter, laser cutting, and LED’s. Students will also create VR art with an HTC Vive. Students will create multiple individual pieces to take home and create a group project for display in Thirty8th Creates gallery!
SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE: Class is supported in part by Tacoma Creates with a limited number of need-based scholarships available for residents of the City of Tacoma! Please submit a scholarship application here or contact us for assistance.
CLASS SIZE NOTICE: Class size limited to 10 in-lab participants to ensure individual attention and low sudent to instructor ratios. In Lab classes may be canceled if state guidelines regarding group gatherings are restricted.
