FabLab has a number of STEAM resources for educators including digital rapid prototyping, electronics, art, design, engineering and have designed Arduino kits to teach kids about circuits and provide an introduction into coding.
Private Lessons

Circuits & Coding Kits
These kits are great to learn the basics to building circuits using and Arduino board. The introduce coding and allow you to design your own character. Each kit contains a servo that moves the head left and right.
Field Trips
Field trips are catered to your specific class learning goals and offer hands-on learning with digital technology for up to 16 youths.
Professional Development
We provide training on equipment, software, and programming to implement in a classroom environment. We are involved with the Career and Technical Development Education program at Tacoma and Clover Park School Districts.

Fablab Nonprofit proudly partners with Tacoma Creates to provide STEAM learning opportunities to Tacoma residents.
Tacoma Postcards
Tacoma Neighborhood Postcard Project 2019 was a micro engagement project supported by an innovation grant from the City of Tacoma and New Tacoma Neighborhood Council that connected Tacoma and Pierce County residents. Local artists presented artwork that was then laser cut into stamps. Residents then stamped and decorated postcards before writing messages stating what they
