Afternoon Coding for Sphero and Drone Summer Camp 2024

CAMP DESCRIPTION:  

This Youth Camp is for ages 9-13

Dates 8/5-8/9                       Times:  1:00pm-4:00pm        Cost $260            Lab Fee: $40

This camp covers the basics of Sphero Bolt Robots and flying drones!   You will do several fun challenges using lights, sound and motion sensing on Sphero Robots such as battlebots and obstacle courses!  In addition to spheros students will learn design of drones and how to code for drones. Drone laws and ethics, FFA authorization, uses of drones for community, mapping, and photography art will be taught. Students will complete multiple droning challenges such as designing and constructing drone obstacles for drone races.  Students will learn how drones work through building a drone and will have a drone to take home at end of camp.
