Free Monthly Cultural Heritage Club highlighting the heritage and history of African Americans. Learn about the rich and influential history of African culture through art and science. This Club unifies the past and present, allowing participants to use CNC technology and design skills while exploring the wealth of African ancestral craftsmanship. This club is perfect for youth, or intergenerational groups. Each participant will leave with new knowledge, friendships, and a token created on the laser cutter.

Fablab Nonprofit facilitates Girls who Code clubs at Fablab Tacoma Makerspace. Girls Who Code is a free club available to girls from 3rd-12th grade. GWC encourages sisterhood and participation in STEM. Clubs are led by women in technology fields who are excited to share their skills with girls involved in STEM education. Fablab is currently partnering with community organizations and family shelters to support Girls Who Code clubs in underserved locations. Empowered Women Empower Women.
